I can’t find my account
Start by using the same sign-in method you used when the account was created. Try account recovery before creating another account. A second account will not contain your existing cards, subscription, or other saved work.
If you used Sign in with Apple
Open the login page and select Sign in with Apple. Use the same Apple Account you used when you first signed in.
If you chose Hide My Email, the account may use an Apple address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com instead of your usual email address. This can make the Bingo Card Creator account look as though it belongs to a different email.
To review apps that use Sign in with Apple:
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, select your name, then select Sign in with Apple.
- On Mac, open System Settings, select your name, then select Sign in with Apple.
Choose Bingo Card Creator if it appears in the list. Apple's current instructions are available in Manage your apps with Sign in with Apple and How to use Hide My Email with Sign in with Apple.
If you used Hide My Email when signing up
Hide My Email can be selected when you sign up or in the contact section of an Apple Pay checkout. The contact address used at checkout is the email address used to create your Bingo Card Creator account.
If you selected Hide My Email, the account uses an Apple address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com, even if you did not use Sign in with Apple.
To find the hidden address:
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, select your name, select iCloud, then select Hide My Email.
- On Mac, open System Settings, select your name, select iCloud, then select Hide My Email.
- You can also sign in to iCloud Hide My Email.
Look for an address associated with Bingo Card Creator or created around the time of your purchase. Copy the full hidden address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com, then try it on the login page.
If you used Sign in with Google
Open the login page and select Sign in with Google. If you own more than one Google account, try the accounts you may have used, such as a personal or work account.
Selecting Sign in with Google can open an existing account or create a new account for the Google address you choose. If Billing is empty and Cards contains none of your saved work, you are in a different account. Sign out and try another sign-in method or Google account. Do not start another subscription or recreate your cards there.
If you signed in by email
Enter an email address you may have used on the login page and follow the email sign-in instructions. Repeat this only with email addresses you own and can access.
Search those inboxes for "Bingo Card Creator" if you're unsure which address was used.
If you use a password
On the login page, select Use a password instead, then select Forgot password. Enter the email address associated with the account and follow the reset instructions sent to that inbox.
If you cannot find the account with your active subscription
Use these steps only after you cannot sign in to the account that has your active subscription. The final four digits used for an Apple Pay or Google Pay payment can help support find that account.
These digits can differ from the digits printed on your physical card. Check the wallet for the number used for the payment:
- For Apple Pay, open Wallet, select the card you used, then select the card number button. Find the final four digits of the Device Account Number.
- For Google Pay, open Google Wallet, select the card you used, then select More. Find the final four digits of the virtual card.
If available, check the wallet's transaction history to confirm which card you used for the Bingo Card Creator payment. Write down the final four digits so you can give them to support. Never send the full card number.
If you still can't sign in
Contact support once you have at least one possible account email address or the final four digits shown for the Apple Pay or Google Pay payment. Explain which sign-in methods and email addresses you have already tried. Support may ask for more details to verify that the account belongs to you.
If you cannot provide either an email address connected to the account or the wallet payment's final four digits, support cannot identify or recover the account. There is no further recovery step support can take until you find one of those details.
Send only the information support asks for. Do not send your password, sign-in or recovery codes, recovery links, full payment-card details, or identity documents.
