I have a license for the old version

The previous Bingo Card Creator platform was retired on 15 May 2025. Licences and cards from that platform do not automatically appear in the new Bingo Card Creator.

Old licences

An old unlimited licence is separate from the new platform and plans offered in the new Bingo Card Creator. Review the available plans before creating or printing a new card.

Old cards

Cards from the retired platform were not moved into the new card library. Creating a new account will not make an old card appear in Cards.

What to do now

Use the card generator or start from a bingo card template.

If you believe your situation is covered by a previous support arrangement, contact support before purchasing another plan. Include the email address associated with the old licence, but do not send passwords, licence keys in public messages, or payment details.
